To Our International Travelling Brethren ! Visit us
Brother, If you are travelling beyond the borders of your own jurisdiction, you may wonder why you should visit our Lodge. We offer you these reasons openly and sincerely.
Your visit affirms the universality of our Craft. Freemasonry is not confined by nationality, language, culture, or political boundaries. Your membership does not end at the borders of your country, and by visiting us, you give living expression to the principle that we are brothers wherever we may meet. Your presence reminds us that worldwide visitation is one of the defining features of Freemasonry.
Your visit gives practical meaning to brotherhood. In Freemasonry, fraternity is not symbolic — it is lived. When we receive you, universality becomes tangible and trust becomes visible. The welcome you receive, the hand extended in greeting, and the fellowship we share are expressions of a bond that exists beyond words.
Your visit strengthens our Lodge and its reputation. A Lodge that welcomes a travelling Brother demonstrates confidence, dignity, and openness. By visiting us, you help connect our Lodge to the wider Masonic world and contribute to the network of goodwill that binds Regular Lodges across jurisdictions.
Your visit enriches our Lodge experience. You bring with you perspectives shaped by your own jurisdiction, its rituals, customs, and traditions. Through exchange and conversation, we learn, broaden our understanding, and are reminded that our local practices form part of a much larger and ancient Order.
Your visit affirms our confidence in Masonic recognition. When you present proper credentials or are duly vouched for, your presence confirms the system of regularity and mutual recognition that sustains Freemasonry worldwide. By receiving you, we honor that trust.
Your visit reflects the ancient Masonic virtues of charity and courtesy. Hospitality is not merely custom; it is principle. To welcome a Brother who is far from his home Lodge is a visible expression of generosity, consistency, and goodwill. Today, we receive you; tomorrow, one of our Brethren may stand at the door of your Lodge seeking the same fraternal welcome.
Your visit aligns with the moral principle we call “being on the square.” If we profess brotherhood, equality, and universality, then our actions must reflect those values. If we call you Brother, we receive you as one.
Your visit, when made in accordance with proper verification and Grand Lodge regulations, is welcomed with sincerity and respect. Hospitality does not replace prudence, but it completes it. We seek disciplined openness, preserving harmony while honoring the principles of our Craft.
You are not a stranger to us. You are a Brother.
By visiting our Lodge, you help keep Freemasonry universal in practice, living in fellowship, and strong in its ideals.
We look forward to welcoming you among us.
